1. Scotland and Gender Recognition
The debate over Scotland’s recent Gender Recognition Reform Bill rages on. Immediately after the Bill passed in the Scottish Parliament, the Minister for Equalities, Kemi Badenoch, put out a statement. She emphasised her concerns over the legislation and highlighted the issues that had been raised by others, including the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
